All European makes are engineered a little differently than the Japanese and Domestic makes. With this comes some specialty tools needed for our mechanics. We have made the initial investment and continue to invest in all the tools needed to diagnose and repair your Volkswagen properly and efficiently. The major investments we have made to specialize in VW
repair are mostly diagnostic equipment. We have numerous scan tools that do a great job on all makes and models, but for the more complicated concerns, we have the factory scan equipment. We also have multiple specialty tools for timing belts and timing chain replacements. We even have the specialty tools needed for replacing injectors on the newer models.

Our Service
What good is it to invest in all the VW tools and have mechanics if we can not communicate properly with our customers? Our mechanics perform the inspection and diagnosis of your vehicle utilizing a digital inspection process.
Our advisers then forward that digital inspection to your phone via text message so you can see pictures and notes directly from your mechanic. Your service adviser then walks you through the inspection to explain and prioritize any recommendations we may have.
