Shadetree Automotive is best known for our auto diagnostics skills. The difference between a mechanic and an amazing mechanic is their ability to properly diagnose a customer’s concern. Our mechanics are the best in the area at diagnosing the concerns that most other shops struggle with.
We currently have six mechanics and two apprentices. All six of our mechanics are considered A level mechanics in our industry. That means they are all qualified and experienced in anything we throw their way. All makes, all models and all types of problems. All six of our auto diagnostics mechanics learn all aspects of diagnostics but they also each specialize in a couple areas. This allows us to specialize in multiple areas.
Our shop foreman Tyler and our lead technician Justin are well known in our area. They are often called by other mechanics and shops in the area to help solve the difficult problems that come up. We are proud of the fact that even some of the area dealers bring cars for our mechanics to diagnose when their mechanics have been struggling. This is an honor and a compliment to our team to have this skill set.
Warning lights-
Warning lights are the most common concerns we are diagnosing. Check engine lights, abs lights, air bag warning lights, etc. are typically what brings customers in for a diagnosis. We have the diagnostic mechanics and all the diagnostic equipment needed to be the best at diagnosing warning lights.
Noises-
Abnormal noises like rattles over bumps, growling noises at certain speeds, whistling noises, etc. Is another area that some shops struggle with and we love. Finding abnormal noises takes experience and patience. Our mechanics thankfully have both.
